Operating skills when working with excavators
Check the surrounding conditions first. When rotating, pay attention to the surrounding obstacles and terrain, and work safely; during operation, confirm the front and rear directions of the track to avoid tipping or collision; try not to turn the final drive towards the excavation direction, otherwise it is easy to damage the traveling motor or hose; During the operation, ensure that the left and right tracks are in full contact with the ground to improve the dynamic stability of the whole machine.
2. Effective mining methods
When the bucket cylinder and the connecting rod, the stick cylinder and the stick form a 90-degree angle, the digging force is the largest; when the bucket teeth form a 30-degree angle with the ground, the digging force is the best, that is, the soil cutting resistance is the smallest; use the stick to excavate , make sure that the angle of the stick is between 45 degrees forward and 30 degrees rear. Using the boom and bucket together can improve digging efficiency.
Hydraulic cylinders are equipped with snubbers that gradually release back pressure as they approach the end of their stroke; if the piston is subjected to shock load after reaching the end of its stroke, it will directly contact the cylinder head or bottom, which can easily cause an accident. Therefore, when reaching the end of the stroke, try to leave as much clearance as possible.
